1/2flour (self Rising)
1lemons
sugar
Warm water
oil

Steps

Wash the lemon and remove the up cover and great the green parts. (the lemon is to and flavor in maandazi)

Add flour into a basin and mix with 2tbsp of sugar.

Add water and slowly knead untill it becomes soft.
4

Divide into balls ad roll into circle
5

Cut the circle into 4 portions
6

Fry them into medium hot oil untill are brownish in colour
7

Serve wth Milk
