Put the already cut beef in a sufuria to boil. Add in 1/2 a teaspoon of salt.

Boil until somehow soft. Allow water to dry off the add in oil and let the meat brown. Then add in onions, add in capsicum that has been cubically diced.,fry until soft. Add in tomatoes and continue frying until soft.
