Steps

Put flour into a bowl. Add in salt and 3 tbsp of oil. Mix.

Add water and strart to knead knead to form a semi hard dough.

Cover with a table cloth and put to rest for 20 minutes.

After 20 minutes, divide into 6 equal parts. Start to roll each part into circular pieces roll them them to be o. 4 cm thick, take 1 tbsp of oil and apply on top.

Fold each side from edge to edhe to form something like a rope. Then fold from one side to another to form a round shape. Let it rest for 5 minutes.

Then take the dough and roll into flat surface to form a circular shape 0.25 cm thick.

Finally heat the pan and put the chapati in the pan to dry, apply another tbsp on top. Turn apply oil on the other side. Cook until golden brown each side.
