  • 1 packagescoleslaw mix
  • 1vinegar
  • 1tight-sealing container
  • 2 eachjalepeno (or scotch bonnet peppers) slicd into rings

  1. 1

    Clean and completely dry container

    A picture of step 1 of Pikliz (aka Haitian hot pepper sauce).
  2. 2

    Fill container 1/2 way with coleslaw mix.

  3. 3

    Add 1/2 of the jalepenos

  4. 4

    Fill rest of container with coleslaw mix

  5. 5

    Add rest of jalapenos at the top.

    Fill container with vinegar to the top.

    Seal and refrigerate for a week.
