Ingredients

  1. 2 cupcroutons (I used Fresh Gourmet Classic Ceasar)
  2. 2 largeeggs ( OR 3 small ones)
  3. 3/4 cupmilk
  4. 1/2 cupdiced onion
  5. 1 cupchopped mushroom (I used canned you can use fresh)
  6. 1 cupchopped broccoli
  7. 1/2 tspdried parsley (you can use fresh)
  8. 1 cupshredded mozzarella
  9. 2 tbspmelted butter
  10. 1salt and pepper to taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat to 350°F

  2. 2

    Measure out croutons. Beat eggs add the milk--salt and pepper to taste.Pour milk mixture over the croutons. Leave to soak for 10 minutes.

    Add the onion, broccoli, mushroom, 3/4 cups of cheese and the parsley - mix well.

    Add the melted butter--turn to coat.. Put into a greased dish, topped with the rest of cheese and freshly ground black pepper --- bake for 35 minutes

    Let cool and serve .
