Ingredients

  1. 1Pig Snoot sliced -quartered
  2. 16 cups water
  3. 1/2 cupof salt for brine
  4. 1 tspWebers bar b que season
  5. 1 1/4Rice wine vinegar
  6. 1 1/3 tspThai yellow curry

Steps

  1. 1

    Rinse snoot pieces thoroughly and place in brine bath for four hours or more ( brine bath =salt vinegar and water)

    Remove from brine rinse and pat dry, sprinkle with weber seasoning and Thai curry place above white hot coals covered with brick to keep from curling I wrap my bricks in aluminum foil first

    Cook turn every 5-7 minuets depending on heat intensity until crispy remove from heat place on platter serve with or without sauce
