During this holiday I decide to relax with this stew. Its kuku kienyeji.
Steps

Cut the kuku kienyeji into parts and wash.

Boil the kuku with salt until its soft
- 3
Stir Fry kitunguu, garlic and ginger with mafuta. The aroma is wow!

Add the tomatoes and let it cook to crush. Add the waru followed by kuku.

Stir to mix then add a little water for soup.

Add the royco and a little soy sauce
- 7
Cook for 20 mins or until the waru is cooked well.

Serve with steamed kales and Ugali
