Idli----ek big bowl me Suji, salt, dahi,black pepper, dale mix karein.agar batter thick hai to thoda water daal sakte hai. smooth batter bnana hai.ab isme eno daal de.mix karein. Ek microwave bowl ko oil se Grease karein or usme batter daal de.

Ab ise 4-5 min. Ke liye microwave me rakhe.banne par knife se check karein.clean hai to idli ready hai.ab ise 2 min. Baad manpasand shapes me cut karein.
