Mix all the dry ingredients together (flour, sugar, cardamon, baking powder)

Rub in the margarine until the mixture look like sand-like.

Add warm warm water as you knead until soft and bouncy.

Let the dough rest for a minimum of 30 mins

Roll and cut into desired shapes

Deep fry in hot clean oil till brown
