In a bowl mix all the dry ingredients

In a separate bowl whisk together all the wet ingredients

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and add the chocolate chips. Mix thoroughly

Heat a lightly greased griddle or pan over medium-high heat

Pour batter, 1/4 cup, for each pancake
- 6
Bubbles will form and when they begin to pop the pancake is ready to flip. cook the other side for about a minute
- 7
Serve then ENJOY!!!
