  • 1 lbChicken Thighs

    Preheat oven to 350

  2. 2

    Melt butter in 9 X 11 pan

  3. 3

    Combine Cream of Mushroom and Chicken soup

  4. 4

    pour into pan; mix with butter

  5. 5

    Stir in rice

  6. 6

    place chicken thighs on top

  7. 7

    cook for 1 hour
