Heat oil in a sufuria, break two eggs in a bowl and pour in the eggs and fry each side to get an omelette.

Then and in the omelette chopped onions and divide the omelettein to small pieces with the cooking spoon. cook for 3 minutes then add in tomatoes.

Cover for 2 minutes then uncover and stir. cook it for 2 minutes then serve.
