Ingredients

  • 1 lbhamburger
  • 1BBQ sauce
  • 1 envelopesloppy Joe mix
  • 1 envelopebeefy onion
  • 1 tsplemon pepper
  • 1 tspgarlic salt
  • packagesGrands biscuits
  • 1shredded cheese or swiss and provolone

Steps

  1. 1

    Brown hamburger

  2. 2

    Pretty heat oven to 375

  3. 3

    Add beefy onion seasonings and sloppy Joe mix

  4. 4

    Bring to a boil then simmer

  5. 5

    Flatten and stretch biscuits

  6. 6

    Scoop sloppy Joe into middle of biscuit

  7. 7

    Cheese em up

  8. 8

    Fold biscuit over and seal

  9. 9

    Place on greased cookie sheet

  10. 10

    Cook for about 20 minutes or til done

  11. 11

    Pig out!

Learned outta necisity... Left over cold fish sticks or BBQ weiners or eating out just didn't cut it. Learned and still cooking by trial and error with very few flops!!! More times than not I get an idea and just throw it together!!
