In saucepan bring the milk to a boil and slowly stirr in polenta. Reduce heat to low and stir continuously for 5 min until cooked.

Add spinach, tomato and mix well for 3 min. Stir in the cheese.

Using an immersion blender, blend the vegetables to desired texture.
