  1. 7 ozbroccoli florets rinsed and cut into 1 in pieces
  2. 2pearsx peeled, cored, and sliced evenly
  3. 1 tbsptahini

  1. 1

    Put broccoli and pear in saucepan with 5 tbsp of water. Bring to a boil and then reduce heat toblow simmer.

  2. 2

    Simmer uncovered 8-10 min until soft. Stir in tahini

  3. 3

    Use an immersion blender to lend to desired texture
