1sheet frozen puff pastry, defrosted
2 tbspmelted butter
1/4 cupsugar
2 tspcinnamon

Preheat oven at 450

Slice puff pastry into 12 pieces

Place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper or lightly greased

Bake 8-10 minutes or until puffed and golden

Combine sugar and cinnamon

Brush baked puff pastry pieces with melted butter

Gently coat with sugar/cinnamon

Let sit 5 minutes to dry
