Ingredients

  • 2x bundles of Spinach
  • 400 gCheddar Cheese
  • 500 mlMilk
  • 50 gCream of Mushroom Powder Soup
  • 250 gSliced Mushrooms

Steps

  1. 1

    Bring chopped spinach and Mushrooms to the boil until soft. Drain excess water

  2. 2

    Add milk onto Spinach and Mushrooms to reach Spinach level, not too much.

  3. 3

    Add grated cheese to boiling Spinach and milk until cheese melts

  4. 4

    Add soup powder and stir and adding slowly until you get a creamy consistency. Allow to simmer on low heat for 2 minutes.

  5. 5

    Serve and Enjoy
