Steps

Slice the vegetables after washing

Par-boil the meat and fish, add salt and seasoning until less stock

Roughly blend the pepper and onion and add to the parboiled meat and fish and allow to boil for a minute.

Add the sliced vegetables and let boil for one minute
- 5
Add Palm oil and taste for seasoning and leave to boil for 3 minutes. Done!
