Take rawa in a bowl. Add curd and water. Mix well and keep it for 30 min.

Now add chopped onions, Tomatoes, green chillies and salt. Mix it well.

Batter consistency should be like idli batter. If it is thick add some more water.

Add baking soda just before making the apne.

Heat the appe pan. Pour little oil in each space. Add some mustard and sesame seeds in it. Now fill each space with batter.

After 2 min flip the appe with spoon or stick to cook from other side.

It will look like ball. When other side become golden brown. Remove it from heat.

Serve hot with green chutney.
