First soak kheele in lukewarm water for 10-15 min.In the meantime boil the potatoes,chop the palak,cut onion, lemon and tomato slices and grate the bread.

Drain the water from the kheele.

Take a bowl and mix the potatoes,kheele,bread and palak.

Add all the masalae.

Mix well

Now give the kababs the shape of leaves and pass the kabab sticks through them.

Take a non-stick tawa and add two spoon oil and on put on tawa.

On the one side of kabab apply butter and cook on tawa for 3-4 min on low flame.

Repeat the procedure for the other side.

When both sides and corners become crispy take them out from tawa.

Serve as shown in the pic..
