This is a go to recipe for me when I have drop in company. I've made it using the dough & once or twice I even used baked bread to make it!

I made this after seeing Pizza Hut's version. I made it without sauce, and my hubby said it was one of his favorite meals! :positive

Easy quick Evening snack

Pizza is a common thing to eat when everyone gets together, right? I thought I could make a simple and easy pizza bread, so I gave this a try. I recommend it.Use whatever you like for the filling. Please adjust the baking time and temperature accordingly. It'll become a bit thin, but you can also bake this on a tray with baking paper. Please adjust the cooking time. If you like spicy foods, add tabasco sauce. For kids, eating it with ketchup is also delicious. Recipe by Renbasu

Kid friendly pizza recipe. You can put whatever topping you would like but this is what I chose. Make sure to not go to heavy with the sauce or the pizza will become soggy.

This is a work in progress. Nearby Fort Myers Beach restaurants are known for their "beach bread" appetizer. Basically it is blue cheese, fresh chopped tomatoes topped with mozzarella cheese, then baked on a hoagie or sub roll. I've been trying to work on a pizza which incorporates some of the same ingredients but more of a main dish pizza. If you try make this recipe I would love to hear what you think and whether you would make changes for the better, especially if you have sampled beach bread on Fort Myers Beach.
