Chop all the veggies to bite size pieces

Chop the tofu into cubes

Put a wok on high heat and add oil, preferably peanut oil

Throw in all veggies and tofu and stir fry. Keep veg moving at all times

Add noodles to a bowl and cover with boiling water. Let sit 2 mins.

Add sauce and drained noodles to wok, turn down heat, stir all together until sauce warm
