1 canShoepegg corn, drained
1 canblack eyes peas, drained
5tomatoes, diced
1 bunchgreen onions, chopped
1 bunchcilantro, chopped
3avocados, diced
1 packagesItalian dressing

In a large bowl, add corn, black eyed peas, and tomatoes. Mix well. Add onions, cilantro, and avocados. Mix well.

Mix Italian dressing with oil and vinegar as per packet instructions. Add dressing to ingredients and incorporate.
