In another bowl, mix together the bread crumbs, walnuts and parsley.

Season each salmon fillets with salt and pepper.

Brush salmon with honey mustard mixture.

Cover each fillet with bread crumb mixture.

Bake in a preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until salmon flakes when tested with a fork.
