In a resealable plastic bag, combine steak, sherry or juice, soy sauce, honey, vinegar, ginger, sesame oil and garlic.

Place steak in bag and marinate in the refrigerator for 8 hours, turning occasionally.

Remove steak from bag.

Reserve marinade.

Place steak on a broiler pan coated with vegetable oil spray.

Cook 8 minutes per side.

Baste frequently with reserved marinade.

Boil remaining marinade over medium heat for 1 minute.

Carve steak into thin slices.
- 10
Serve immediately.
