Fall Pumpkin Chai Latte

This is a good drink for after Thanksgiving dinner, especially if you're not a huge fan of super-sweet desserts. For the tea, I prefer Celestial, but Tazo works fine, as well. Also, if you can spring for fresh nutmeg and use a zester, it makes it even better.

I baked a cheesecake, which goes well with warm milk tea in the winter. The milky chai taste and the butter melts in your mouth. The addition of white chocolate is sublime. If you are not able to get chai tea leaves, you can use normal black tea or tea bags instead. Then add cinnamon, clove, nutmeg or coriander as much as you like.I used caramelized biscuit with ginger from Lotus. Recipe by pogue cookpad.japan -

You want to stop drinking coffee and you don’t like tea, then you’re in the right place. (If you have a frother then use it. Fill with milk to cappuccino line than with creamer fill to latte line) RecipesThatNeedToBePiontedOut -

This was a popular drink at the cafe I used to work at. We used a restaurant-grade steamer, but it's easy to recreate the taste at home using a microwave. If the tea is weak, it won't have much taste, so the key is to make strong tea.Adjust the amount of condensed milk to your liking. I recommend you use additive-free milk. Recipe by runa10 cookpad.japan -

Great drink to start the Fall season with! Sweet potato acts as a mildly sweet thickener, walnuts give it a nutty taste, and with that little touch of cinnamon oooooh hello fall 😌🍂I need to get better cups and maybe even a better camera - this picture doesn’t do it justice! Cheryl -

I like coffee, and wanted to make a warming drink, so I came up with this. I don't like the film that forms on milk, but it didn't appear when I made this.Heating times vary depending on the microwave, so keep an eye on it and adjust as necessary. If you heat it too much, the milk will overflow. It's nice topped with a sprinkle of cinnamon. Recipe by Reonken cookpad.japan -
Spring-Coloured Sakura Matcha Latte Spring-Coloured Sakura Matcha Latte
I bought some pickled cherry blossoms and wondered if I could use them in a drink. I used some strawberry vanilla tea leaves that were blended with matcha to make a drink a base for this recipe, replacing the strawberry with cherry blossoms. It tasted delicious.I like the salty taste of pickled cherry blossoms so I've only rinsed the saltiness away a little bit in Step 1. If you prefer them to be less salty, please adjust the soaking time to your taste.* In Step 3, feel free to replace the whisked tea with whipped cream if you'd prefer.* I tried adding a few drops of brandy at Step 3 after pouring the latte into the mug and it tasted very nice. * Use one big pickled cherry blossom or two small ones.
