For the badam cone remove skin of badam,discard skin by micro 1mint than soke moisture badam so that grind badam and make a very fine powder in an absolutely dry grider it. is very important that there should not be any moisture in badam and grider also keep aside.

In a medium flat non stick pan, put sugar and water and stir frequently till sugar dissolve cook further on low heat with out stirring often for about 3-4mint to get a one thread consistency syrup and mix well keep stirring bristly with a wooden spoon for about 2-3minute the mixture leaves the sides of the pan as you keep stirring and starts collecting like a ball in the pan.the mixture seems loose,stir on heat for 2-3 minute keep aside for the mixture to cool for 5minute as it cools,

At dries and becomes like a soft dough.let it cool for 5minute

Mix all ingredients of the filling adding just enough gulkand to get a nice flavour.

Badam dough rolls out one ball on a plastic sheet thinly.trim the sides to get a squares cut this big squares into 2"*2"squares re roll the trimming also and cut into 2"square.

Take a square piece badam squre place a portion of the filling diagonally on each badam square shape each square into a cone,repeat for the remaining filling and badam square to makes more pans.
