Honey and cinammon spelt cookies

I was looking to find a snack in the morning and sometimes before the workout on my way to the gym.
These spelt based cookies are amazing and very very healthy.
Can be kept in a airtight container for ten days. Best eaten the next day.

I was looking to find a snack in the morning and sometimes before the workout on my way to the gym.
These spelt based cookies are amazing and very very healthy.

Preheat the oven at 175 for fan assisted or 185 for non fan.

Mix in a bowl the spelt flour with the baking powder and the cinammon.
- 3
Make a hole in the middle and add the honey and the sunflower oil.
- 4
With the use of a wooden spoon mix all the ingredients together. Once all ingredients are blended together you can use a tablespoon or your hands to shape twelve cookies approximately. They may look small but they will increase in size when baked. Baked them for 12 minutes approxand leave them to cool.
