Ingredients

  • 1 bowlFresh curd
  • 1 tbspsugar
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1tomato fine chopped
  • 1cucumber fine chopped
  • 1onion fine chopped
  • 1hot green chilli

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix fresh curd with salt and sugar and blend it together.

  2. 2

    Then take all vegetables together and add pinch of salt and mix it.

  3. 3

    Then drain off all water that comes out of vegetables and add fresh curd mixture in it.

  4. 4

    Garnish it with coriander and pinch of chat masala (optional)
