Steps

Heat oven 375. Spray baking dish.

Add shredded chicken , broccoli, and 1 cup of cheese to a bowl. Mix .

Lay out crossiant and place a large scoop of chicken mix in the middle. Fold sides and roll. Crimp sides. Place in baking dish. Bake for 15 minutes or until topps or browned. There will be extra chicken mix , that will be added in baking dish

While thats baking , add milk,cream of chicken,sour cream, and 1 cup cheese. Salt pepper to taste. Whisk on medium heat until heated through. Keep warm.

Add chicken mix around croissant. Pour cheese mix between croissants and then pour on tops . Place back in the oven and cook 15 to 20 minutes.
