1 clovegarlic
1Carrot
1Potato
1/2zucchini
300 mlStock or Water
1 cantomato (approx 400g)
1 tbsptomato paste
150 gramsmilk (I prefer non-dairy)

30 mins

Chop and garlic, onion and leek, speed 6, 15 sec

Add oil and saute, max temp, 3min

Add carrot, potato, zucchini, tomato, tomato paste and chop, speed 6, 30 seconds

Add stock and milk then cook, 20min, 100C, 20 min
5

Puree by increasing the speed from lowest to 8+ or until smooth
