1fresh papaya
1 tbspsmoked paprika
1 tbspground cumin
1 tspchili powder
1cilantro (for garnish)

Peel Papaya and cut in half. Spoon out the guts and discard.

Slice the papaya and place on plate.

Mix all spices together and dust the fruit. Serve with whip cream or agave syrup or eat them plain.
