Baked Buffalo Style Chicken Tenders

This chicken is awesome awesome awesome 👍🏻👍🏻 best chicken I've had in a long time!! The red hot sauce originally comes poured over the chicken but it's way too hot so I put it on the side and added a sweet honey mustard sauce, so there is a choice between hot and sweet, chicken tastes great with both sauces. I wanted to make fries but only had one potato at home so I cut it up into little pieces sprinkled with some spices and baked on 400 for 40 min. I added lettuce too cuz it tastes great together with the chicken and mustard sauce. This is the simplest and best recipe I've ever made/had. 😀😀😀😀

Preheat oven to 400

Combine first 6 ingredients in a shallow dish.

Place eggs whites in a shallow dish.

Place Panko in a shallow dish.

Working with one chicken strip at a time, dredge in flour mixture. Dip in egg whites; dredge in Panko. Place on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Repeat procedure with remaining chicken strips, flour mixture, eggs whites, and Panko.

Lightly coat chicken strips with cooking spray. Bake at 400 for 15 min or until done, turning once.

Combine hot sauce and Worcestershire in a small saucepan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer 1 minute. Remove from heat; stir in butter. (Optional-drizzle sauce over chicken)
