Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1/2 packagesButton Mushrooms
  2. 1/4 cupspinach, artichoke dip (bought or home made)
  3. 1/4 stickbutter
  4. 1 bunchfresh herbs of your choosing (I used thym, rosemary and sage)
  5. 1 clovegarlic (minced)
  6. 1salt and pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and remove stems from mushrooms and turn oven onto 350.

  2. 2

    Heat pan with butter on medium heat stirring to melt butter

  3. 3

    Once butter is melted add mushrooms, garlic, herds, and season with salt and pepper.

  4. 4

    Sauté for 2 to 3 minutes

  5. 5

    Remove mushrooms from pan onto a baking sheet (lined with foil for easy clean up) and let cool.

  6. 6

    Turn the mushrooms upside down and fill in the removed stem with the spinach dip with a spoon.

  7. 7

    Place in oven and bake for 3-6 minutes depending on oven.

  8. 8

    Eat and enjoy
