Yield: 1 serving
Cuisine: American
Ingredients: 2 tsp crystallised ginger; 4 maraschino cherries; 2 tsp maraschino cherry juice; ice; 25-50 ml (50 ml if you prefer it stronger) malibu or any other coconut flavoured rum; 250 ml apple and mango j20; 50 ml fizzy lemonade, 7 up or sprite

Rae @LoveRae

I got given a bottle of malibu for Christmas so I've been finding different ways to use it. It's snowing outside but hey I'm still enjoying a refreshing cocktail.
