Mashed potatoes, fried peas and steamed cabbage

Peel and boil potatoes till soft.

Cut the spinach leaves in and drain the water

Add a tsp of margarine and a pinch of salt then mash the potatoes till you get a smooth paste. Set aside

In a separate pan, wash then cut the cabbage into tiny slices and grate your carrot in. Steam the mixture and add a pinch of salt. Note: you can also add a tsp of margarine (optional)

In another separate pan, boil and fry your peas with onions and tomatoes

Serve while hot
