Soak moong dal for 40-45 minutes

Make paste in mixer grinder

Add salt and leave it for 15 minutes. Dosa batter is ready

Add chopped tomatoes add boiled potatoes

Add haldi powder red chillies powder salt and Garam masala and add boiled potatoes mix it well. Dosa stuffing is ready

Make arhar dal using haldi powder and salt give 4 whistles

Add bottle gourd and drumsticks in arhar dal add water and give 3 whistles

Heat oil in pan add curry leaves, red chillies and mustard seeds, imli chutney (soak imli in water for 5 minutes add sugar), add Garam masala, sambhar masala, haldi powder add some water and boil for 5 minutes. Sambhar is ready

Heat non stick pan, grease it with oil add dosa batter flatten add potato stuffing and fold dosa

Serve hot and crispy dosa with sambhar

Heat a pan add oil,add green chillies then add mustard seeds after it crackle add chopped onions stir it till it gets golden brown colour
