  2. 1 lbmedium shrimp, cooked in butter with green onions, meat optional or different type of meat is fine
  3. 1 bundlegreen onions, chopped & sauted
  4. 8 ozfettuccine pasta
  5. Sauce
  6. 4 ozcream cheese
  7. 1/2 cupparmesan cheese
  8. 3/4 cupmilk
  9. 1/4 cupbutter
  10. 1/4 tspground black pepper
  11. 1/4 tspground nutmeg
  12. 1 tspgarlic clove, minced
  13. Optional
  14. 1 cupcooked peas, optional
  15. 1 cupmushrooms, optional

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    In a large sauce pan, melt cream cheese and butter.

  2. 2

    Whisk milk, pepper, garlic and nutmeg in.. Lastly, the Parmesan cheese.

    Bring to bubble. Add your cooked pasta, meat and veggies. And then serve!!
