1 lbmedium shrimp, cooked in butter with green onions, meat optional or different type of meat is fine
1 bundlegreen onions, chopped & sauted
8 ozfettuccine pasta
Sauce
4 ozcream cheese
1/2 cupparmesan cheese
3/4 cupmilk
1/4 cupbutter
1/4 tspground black pepper
1/4 tspground nutmeg
1 tspgarlic clove, minced
Optional
1 cupcooked peas, optional
1 cupmushrooms, optional

In a large sauce pan, melt cream cheese and butter.

Whisk milk, pepper, garlic and nutmeg in.. Lastly, the Parmesan cheese.

Bring to bubble. Add your cooked pasta, meat and veggies. And then serve!!
