Insert popsicle sticks in the center of the candy bars. And freeze for at least 20 minutes

In a deep fryer heat oil to 360°F Fahrenheit.

While oil is heating make the batter. Combine milk, egg and yellow food coloring & whisk

In a separate bowl mix dry ingredients.

Combine the wet and dry ingredients. I use a mason jar for easier dipping.

When oil is at temperature. Dip candy bars in the batter and fry 2 at a time until golden brown and delicious. About 2 minutes

Drain on a paper towel.

Dust with powdered sugar and serve.
