  2. 4 mediumeggs
  3. 3 tbspmilk
  4. 1/4red bell pepper, chopped
  5. 1/4 smallonion
  6. 1/2 cupleft over chopped brisket
  7. 1/4 cupshredded cheese, your choice
  8. 3 tbspsalsa, optional

Steps

15 mins
  1. 1

    beat eggs and milk in small bowl until mixture is well blended

  2. 2

    heat 1 tablespoon oil in nonstick pan

    pour in egg and milk mixture, cook until half set

  4. 4

    add meat, cheese, peppers and onions

  5. 5

    fold over 1/3 , fold again

  6. 6

    cook for one minute, flip, cook for one minute more.

  7. 7

    garnish with salsa if desired

  8. 8

    serve immediately

  9. 9

    goes great with hash browns

  10. 10

    enjoy
