Steps

Cut rhubarb into 1" pieces. Coarsely chop figs.

Cover & steam till soft

Uncover & simmer till smooth

Add stevia or sugar to taste (I didn't use any)

Spread on 2 baking sheets (parchment paper helps prevent sticking)

Bake on lowest setting possible till leathery (I baked for 6 hrs. @ 170 F)
