  • 1 boxLasagna Noodles
  • 16 ozCottage Cheese
  • 1 largeMozzarella Cheese Bag
  • 1/4 cupParmesan Cheese
  • 8 ozCan Tomato Sauce
  • 1 canTomato Paste
  • 1 1/2 lbGround Meat
  • 1 cupChopped Onions
  • 1 tbspChopped Garlic
  • 2 tbspButter
  • 1 tbspSalt
  • 1/4 tspPepper
  • 1/4 tspBasil
  • 1/4 tspOregano

Steps

    Brown meat, onion, and garlic together.

  2. 2

    Add butter

  3. 3

    Cook slowly for five minutes

  4. 4

    Stir in tomato paste, tomato sauce, salt, pepper, basil, and oregano with a little water

  5. 5

    Cook on low for 30 minutes

  6. 6

    While meat is simmering, boil noodles in separate pan according to directions for approximately 12 minutes

  7. 7

    Rinse noodles in cold water

  8. 8

    Grease a 9x13 pan and put 1/3 of meat mixture on bottom followed by noodles, 1/3 of cottage cheese, and 1/3 of mozzarella cheese

  9. 9

    Repeat until all is gone

  10. 10

    Sprinkle with parmesan cheese

  11. 11

    Bake at 350°F for 35 - 40 minutes
