Ingredients

  • 2eggs
  • 2/3 cupsugar
  • 4 tbsppineapple juice
  • 2/3 cupflour
  • 1 tspbakein powder
  • 1/4 tspsalt
  • 1/4 cupbutter
  • 2/3 cupbrown sugar
  • 1 canpineapple
  • 1 canmarichino cherries

Steps

  1. 1

    preheat 350

  2. 2

    mix wet

  3. 3

    shift dry mix in separate bowl

  4. 4

    melt butter and brown sugar

  5. 5

    add dry to wet

  6. 6

    put 1 tablespoon of melted mix in each muffin tin

  7. 7

    add pineapple 3 prices of chunks, 4 of tidbits, or a big spoonfull of crushed

  8. 8

    add 1 cherry in center of pineapples

  9. 9

    fill 3/4 of the way

  10. 10

    bake 10 to 15 min
