Ingredients

  • 250 gmpoha
  • 2chopped onion
  • 1tomato chopped
  • to tasteGreen chilli
  • 1/2 teaspoonMustard seed
  • 1 pinchHeeng
  • 1-2 tablespoonOil
  • 6-8curry leaves
  • to tasteSalt
  • to tasteRed chilli
  • 1/2 teaspoonHaldi

Steps

  1. 1

    Add ghee on kadai add mustard seed and heeng till crackle

  2. 2

    Add chopped onions green chilli.

  3. 3

    Now add salt red chilli curry leaves and haldi, mix it well.

  4. 4

    Wash poha 2 times.

  5. 5

    Add chopped tomato and poha
