2chopped onion
1tomato chopped
to tasteGreen chilli
1/2 teaspoonMustard seed
1 pinchHeeng
1-2 tablespoonOil
6-8curry leaves
to tasteSalt
to tasteRed chilli
1/2 teaspoonHaldi

Steps

Add ghee on kadai add mustard seed and heeng till crackle
2

Add chopped onions green chilli.

Now add salt red chilli curry leaves and haldi, mix it well.

Wash poha 2 times.

Add chopped tomato and poha
