Ingredients

  • 1 cupPalak
  • 1/2 cupbesan
  • 2 tbspwater
  • 1 tbsprice flour
  • Pinchturmeric
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • as neededSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix besan with rice flour, turmeric, red chilli powder, salt and mix it.

  2. 2

    Put chopped palak and mix it.

  3. 3

    Then add water and mix it. Watch if besan is sticking to leaf else add more water.

  4. 4

    Heat oil and deep fry it.
