Ingredients

  1. 1 lbGround Beef
  2. 24 ozJar Salsa
  3. 1 canChili Beans (seems to be kidney beans in chili sauce)
  4. 8 ozChopped Peppers
  5. 8 ozChopped Onions
  6. 1 envelopeMrs Dash(R) no sodium Chili Seasoning
  7. 2 tbspBrown Sugar (optional or to taste)

Steps

  1. 1

    Brown ground beef and drain fat.

  2. 2

    Add salsa, pepper, onion and seasoning package to crock pot.

  3. 3

    Start crock pot on high and after half hour add ground beef.

  4. 4

    After first hour switch crock pot to low and add brown sugar.

  5. 5

    Cook at least 4 hours.
