  • 1Diced onion
  • 4Roma tomatoes-diced
  • 1Jalapeño pepper - diced
  • 2Sm. limes - juiced
  • 1 tbspSalt - to taste, approx 1 tablespoon
  • 2 tbspMinced up cilantro
  • 1 tspBlack pepper
  • 2 cloveGarlic

    Prep all the ingredients. Spoon the meat from the avocados. Strain the juice from the limes. Mix together, chunky or smooth to taste.
