  2. 1Diced onion
  3. 4Roma tomatoes-diced
  4. 1Jalapeño pepper - diced
  5. 2Sm. limes - juiced
  6. 1 tbspSalt - to taste, approx 1 tablespoon
  7. 2 tbspMinced up cilantro
  8. 1 tspBlack pepper
  9. 2 cloveGarlic

  1. 1

    Prep all the ingredients. Spoon the meat from the avocados. Strain the juice from the limes. Mix together, chunky or smooth to taste.
