Ab isme haladi and 1/4 salt daal de.or 10 min.ke liye slow par lid lagakar rakh de.

10 min. Baad gas off kar de.aur palak cut kar dho kar daal de. Lid lagakar 2 whistles aane de or gas off kar de.

Ab tadka teyar karein pan me oil dale.heat karein.

Lahsun dale.bhune.fir onion dale.golden brown hone par,red chilli,green Chilli, salt dale mix karein.

Ab tomato dale.pakae.tadka teyar hai.

Ab cooker khole.steam hai to nikal kar khol de.aur palak ko hlka mash karein.ab palak ko pan me daal de.mix karein acche se.

Extra water hai to 2 min.gas par rakhein, aur choice ke according gravy kar le.black pepper dale mix karein.
