Ingredients

  • 1 cupGram flour
  • 1 cupSugar powder
  • 1/3 cupGhee
  • 1 tspGreen cardamom powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat ghee in a pan.

  2. 2

    Add gram flour and keep roasting on low flame till gram flour changes it's colour.

  3. 3

    Switch off flame and let it cool.

  4. 4

    When roasted gram flour cools completely add sugar powder and cardamom powder.

  5. 5

    Make laddoos from it.

  6. 6

    Keep in air tight jar.
