  2. Deep frying oil
  3. 2tomatoes for ganishing

Steps

  1. 1

    Ensure that the drumsticks are clean

  2. 2

    Heat the fat or oil below smoking point. Deep fry the winglets that should b free from excess water

  3. 3

    Upon browning remove to avoid crisping and excessive drying.

  4. 4

    Best served with bastings like mild or hot or use hot and sour sauce.
